DJ-104 Inside Press Fix Cap (Set Cap): this type has no lid. Instead there is an inside round galvanized iron disk with 2 female threads on it. The fix cap body has 2 holes on the top wall and 2 pairs of corresponding holes at upper surround wall. 2 wires pass through 2 pairs of corresponding holes and the galvanized iron disk press the cross wires inside of fix cap. Tighten 2 stainless steel screws at female thread on inner galvanized iron disk to fix wires from top of the fix cap.

There are 2 designs of DEAR DEER Fix Caps:
1. DIY Fix Cap
This design fixes rope or wire on the fix cap (set cap) without stainless screw. While to fix ropes or wires just screw the top cover tight on the lower body of fix cap.
This type includes DJ-101A, DJ-101B, DJ-102. The fix cap bodies of these 3 types have different top cover but the design of lower body is the same. They cover on the galvanized iron pipe with different size. Include 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”.
2. Stainless Steel Screws Fix Cap
This design fixes wire on it with 2 stainless screws. While to fix wires it must to screw a press lid or an inside press piece tight on the body of fix cap. Because of the top of this design is flat. That enlarges the touch area with roof net. Therefore it keep roof net not to be wear out and tear easily when the net moved by wind.
This type includes DJ-103, DJ-104, DJ-105. The sizes of lower body are the same too. Include 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”.

The pivotal component to link pillars and roof wires or ropes is set cap or said fix cap. The set cap must be strong and durable enough to support the roof of net house and tighten wires or ropes firmly to resist strong wind. Also it must be UV resistant for using long period. The steps to construct with DEAR DEER accessories are simple as following:﹕

1. Dig caves on ground, space around 5m each cave, let them composed an array, then stand pipe pillars on the caves. Pipe may be galvanized iron or bamboo.
2. The pillars buried in ground at lease 50cm； Low end of pillar had better stand on a sinking prevent disk to keep it not getting mired down.
3. Burry ground anchors with hook out of ground at the surround in each row and each column at lease 1m. The anchor may be a section of iron pipe or cement with wire.
4. Put set caps on the tops of pillars, lay steel wires or ropes vertical and horizontal into the gaps of set caps, closely tightens the lids on the set caps. Steel wires or ropes are pushed across through on the tops caps of pillars till the surrounding pillars (at least 2”) then extend to ground anchor and set them firmly.
5. It had better to fasten with tensioners between wire and hook. Tighten wires can support roof not to droop and make the structure strongly steady on ground.
6. Sewing net to suit area and shape of the net hose framework. Note the net at gateway must be 2 layers of mutual cover.
7. Fold the net into a long strip and lay on the top of pillars array.
8. Spread out the net and make its surround sides to droop down till ground.
9. Fix the down edges of drooping net on ground with fixer.
10. Pack a ball in the middle height of the side wall net and fasten the net to ground anchors.
11. The pillars at surround must be bigger than inside pillars to make structure stronger.
