DJ-102 DIY Smooth Thin Fix Cap (Set Cap): there is a round top cover with female thread inside. The round top cover is low than DJ-101A. It lets the roof net slide through top easier than DJ-101A while cover the roof net.
The upper side of lower body has 4 shallow gaps to put cross wires inside. Also at the out circle surface of this upper side is male thread. That lets top cover can be screwed together with lower body. The gap depth and top cover height are low so it is only suitable for thin wire.
The top of the cap is smooth to make the net slide through top easier when draw to cover the net on roof. This type is used for thin wire to be fixed and make the net cover more easier to build a flat roof net house.

1. DIY fix cap
This design does not use stainless steel screws to secure the rope or wire to the fix cap. When fixing the rope or wire, simply screw the top cover to the lower body of the fix cap set.
This type includes DJ-101A, DJ-101B, DJ-102. These three types of bodies have different top covers, but the design of the lower body is the same. They are covered on galvanized iron pipes of different sizes. Includes 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3".
DJ-101A DIY Smooth High Fix Cap: This type has a round top cover with female thread. When we cover the roof net, the dome cover of fix cap allows the roof net to slide easily over the top.
The upper section of the lower body has four vertical gaps, into which 2 ropes or wires can be cross placed. The outer circumferential surface on the upper section of the lower body has a male thread. This allows the top cover to be screwed onto the lower body. The four vertical gaps are relatively high, and both thick ropes and relatively thin steel wires can be placed in.
DJ-101B DIY Flat High Fix Cap: There is a slightly curved flat top cover with female thread. Its curved flat top cover prevents the net on the roof from being easily worn and torn due to the wind.
There are four vertical gaps on the upper section of the lower body for placing the crossed ropes or wires into them. The outer circumferential surface on the upper section of the lower body is also a male thread. This allows the top cover to be screwed onto the lower body. The four vertical gaps are also high, therefore both thick ropes and relatively thin steel wires can be placed in.
DJ-102 DIY Smooth Thin Fix Cap: This type of fix cap also has a top cover with female thread. But the top cover is lower than the DJ-101A. It allows the roof net to slide over the top more easily than the DJ-101A when covering the top net.
The upper section of the lower body has four lower vertical gaps that allow the crossed wires to be placed inside. At the outer circumferential surface of the upper section is also a male thread. This allows the top cover to be screwed onto the lower body. This type of fix cap has low vertical gaps and a low top cover, so it is only suitable for steel wires.
2. Stainless steel screw cap
This design uses two stainless steel screws to secure the wire. To fix the wire, we use a disc to press the wire against the top wall of the fixed cap from external or internal. The top of this design is flat. This increases the contact area with the top mesh. Therefore, when the wind blows the net, the friction of top net will not concentrate on only a small area. That can make the net less likely to be wear and tear.
This type includes DJ-103, DJ-104, DJ-105. The size of the lower body covered on galvanized iron pipes also includes 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3".
DJ-103 Outside Press Fix Cap: 2 nuts are embedded in the upper wall of the lower body, and a cross-shaped shallow groove is formed at the top of the upper wall for placing the steel wires. The lid used to hold the cross wires is a thick plastic disc with two holes for the stainless steel screws to pass through. Press the wires to the groove on lower body with the lid then lock the lid with 2 stainless steel screws into the nuts to fix.
DJ-104 Inside Press Fix Cap: This type has no lid. It has a round galvanized iron disc with 2 female threads. The fix cap body has two holes in the top wall for the stainless steel screws to pass through. Near the top, on the wall around the fix cap, there are 2 pairs of corresponding holes that can penetrate each other. Two steel wires pass through two pairs of corresponding holes, forming a cross inside the fix cap. The galvanized iron disc presses the cross wires inside. Tighten the two stainless steel screws from the top of the fix cap to the female thread of the iron disc to fix the wires.
DJ-105 Outside Press Long Fix Cap: Same as DJ-103, but the fix cap body is longer. This type of cap has a length of 15 cm and is available in only one size. It is suitable for 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" support pipes. It can be applied to a flat roof net house with bamboo as a support pipe.

This type includes DJ-101A, DJ-101B, DJ-102. The fix cap bodies of these 3 types have different top cover but the design of lower body is the same. They cover on the galvanized iron pipe with different size. Include 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”.
2. Stainless Steel Screws Fix Cap
This design fixes wire on it with 2 stainless screws. While to fix wires it must to screw a press lid or an inside press piece tight on the body of fix cap. Because of the top of this design is flat. That enlarges the touch area with roof net. Therefore it keep roof net not to be wear out and tear easily when the net moved by wind.
This type includes DJ-103, DJ-104, DJ-105. The sizes of lower body are the same too. Include 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”.
